The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, toaster, dishwasher, a microwave, cooking utensils, and dishes. The kitchen is stocked with basic supplies (Sugar, lipton, milk, etc.) to last you for few days and make your stay a memorable one.

There is a caretaker on site who will be available for cleaning and making the place during your stay if you desire.

To adress frequent power outages, there is a standby generator ready to provide lighting and power essential items such as the fridge. Here is the frequency thw generator will run on assuming all a day power outage:
Morning: For any one hour time frame of the guest choice.
Afternoons: For any one hour time frame of the guest choice if the guest is at the property.
Evening: From 7 pm to 12 midnight.

The place is fitted with security cameras in common areas but not private spaces such as bedrooms.

Guest will be given a key to a side door only and not the main security gate. The caretaker can open it if desired.

There is a dog at the house, it is fully vaccinated and restrained when guests are present.
