Step outside onto the expansive, covered decking, grab a beanbag, sunbathe, or fire up the BBQ. With outdoor furniture and peaceful surroundings, immerse yourself in nature and seaside bliss. The compact and handy kitchen, equipped with a breakfast bar, is perfect for cooking and entertaining.  
  
The living and dining area welcomes you with a classic kiwi bach vibe. Spread out on the couch and feel right at home with a TV with Freeview. The compact dining table is ideal for catching up on the day's adventures over a meal.  
  
Wai Whare features three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to seven guests. A well-appointed bathroom ensures convenience, and after a long day, unwind with a relaxing soak in the bath. With ample space for a boat and water toys and being close to the Kuaotunu Boat Ramp, you'll be out on the water in no time.  
  
Just a 5-minute walk from the white sand Kuaotunu Beach, dinner is sorted at Luke's Kitchen, only a 4-minute drive away in Kuaotunu village. This northern Coromandel location places you just an 8-minute drive from Matarangi village, with its Four-Square supermarket and golf club, while just under 22 minutes from Whitianga and Opito Bay beach.
