The Twin Towers, KLCC, Pavilion and fashion street are just around the corner! The Vipod contains hundreds of apartments owned by different companies and private investors. That means that the standard equipment in each apartment vary. But the general standard are high. Our apartment was modern, nice and clean. The only thing we can complain about has to do with the owner: the kitchen equipment was "poor" and there was not enough blankets (!) to all beds. We contacted the owner about that, they sent their maid to have a look, but we never received an additional blanket. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations (we know it is not Westin or so) cause it was in bad condition and really worse than a hostel. We returned the key after an hour and booked another accommodation. I kindly ask the management to refund but they kept silent and didn’t care at all. Basically there is no customer service and they like to cheat on Guests! Let er op dat het gebruik van het zwembad NIET inbegrepen is, dit moet ter plekke extra betaald worden: 50 myr per man per week en schoonmaakkosten van 50 myr per appartement! Let er ook op dat je vanaf 22.00uur niet meer op het dakterras,/zwembad kan. Je wordt een paar dagen op voorhand gecontacteerd om iets af te spreken voor de sleutel overhandiging. Er is parking voorzien in de ondergrondse parkeergarage. De overhandiging verliep op tijd en correct. Het appartement was in goede staat doch de netheid van de badkamer kon stukken beter. Our room was facing the KL tower which was great. The view from the rooftop pool is just amazing. The living room is spacious. One bedroom had queen bed and the other had single(Expedia stated one King and one Queen). The staff are very friendly. There is a convenience store which is open from 7am till 11pm. Now to the negatives...the mattress was quite firm. Some amenities listed on Expedia were not available such as clothes dryer, toaster and DVD player(took DVD for my son but couldn't play it). Jacuzzi is stained(who needs a jacuzzi when u have a pool like that) and the TV works on Chromecast(please do familiarise yourself). 50RM for every person to access pool or gym and 500RM refundable deposit(Please always read the fine print. I was aware of it). All in all the positives outweigh the negatives. I would suggest it to everyone. After booking the apartment, do contact the person assinged to check u in. Ask them everything that u r not familiar with.
