Location - secured but not so accessible and not much to see around the area. Neighbouring dogs are barking most times General experience - room was stinking hot upon entry as aircon was not turned on. Bottled water not chilled in the fridge but places in bedrooms. Too many switches on the walls it is so confusing without instructions/signs. (1) The aircond is faulty but upon informing the Reception at about 6:50pm, instead of trying to solve the problem, they just said that the maintenance department had gone home and can only look into the matter tomorrow.
