There are medium-size lockers,i.e. for rucksacks,in some dorms, other dorms have lockers outside in the corridor. You get a card to access dorm,locker AND capsule. Easy to access (upper) dorm via a side ladder,different than the “usual” hostel ladder. The bed was quite comfy,the way it looks inside the capsule is quite interesting. Bathrooms/showers all good,no issues here,there are rooms where you can lock the door and have sink and shower all for you,unlike those communal bathroom/shower rooms you find in other hostels with people going in and out all the time. There are also family rooms called VIP. The ladies I dealt with at reception were one from Bangladesh (pleasant),the other Chinese (also pleasant), the other Muslim (not sure about her nationality - not too pleasant) . CONS: From inside the capsule,if someone slams the door of the capsule above (or below) yours,you can easily hear it,so it really depends on good or bad manners,my “neighbour” was average. Likewise,music or snoring can be heard too if you’re a slight sleeper,the capsules aren’t entirely soundproof. Room was noisy, AC in capsule didn't work properly. 55 beds on one floor and one washroom with no shower. Lobby polluted with non guests and limited seating. Only upside is close proximity to KL Sentral station and Nu Sentral Mall.
