There was only 1 staff during peak hours between 12 to 2pm. it's during this period that many are either checking in or out. took more than 30mins before I got a room. The room was a disappointing. No chair and when requested, was told non available. Had to change room because of that. New room, key wasn't working and had to endure another 40mins before they fixed it. There was also only 1 bell hop who had to double up as a maintenance. A very bad experience that's all I can say. This hotel is also a 5-10 minute walk to shopping areas (if you don't mind walking). Comfortable bed but no breakfast. Local eateries and restaurants are available but be sure to check opening hours as some do not open until very late morning. Don't pass through the back alleys (shortcut to Berjaya Times Square) as taxi drivers warned us of snatching incidents. There's a sitting area at the lobby to entertain guests.
