#### Dishonest Reception Staff

They did not honour my late check-in inspite of my earlier call and reservation but yet they charged to my credit card. How can I get my refund?!

The sound of karaoke from downstair (Mclub) too loud and disturbed us to sleep until midnight and early morning.
