Rooms are NOT part of the hotel chain but are old, very worn out and dilapidated private apartments under management. Internet promised as free did not work the entire trip - help was promised which never eventuated and phones were turned off for the entire period. Check out was even worse - forget trying to check out before 10:30 if you want to get your deposit back .... nobody around and phones turned off. Forget any form of assistance from the hotel team at the shared lobby ... Called him numerous times for my issues and he promised to deal with them immediately, but never any follow through until days later. I did not get what I paid for. We rent 3 Tripple rooms. We came early morning and wish to leave our luggage before check in, but they have no check in counter, so we have to call the apt owner and wait outside the lobby for 3.5 hours just to leave our luggage. As no sitting area, we have to wait outside the lobby, sit on the floor like bums. This is the worst experience I ever had staying in hotel.
