The Self-contained 2 bedrooms unit offers a stunning view of the pool and its landscape and is ideal for travelers craving peace and privacy as they will have the entire unit to themselves. Situated a short drive away from the city of Kuala Lumpur, the township is also well-connected via rail. The space The Self-contained fully furnished unit, which is about 1230 sqft in size has an open floor plan that consists of a open kitchen cum 2 bedroom + 2 bathrooms and a combined dining area and living room. The 2 bedrooms unit boasts multiple creature comforts that will ensure your stay is nothing short of spectacular. You will enjoy tranquil views of the pool and its surrounding landscape via the balcony, perfect to unwind after a long day. The unit comes with top of the line entertainment features paired with a fast and stable Internet connection which will undoubtedly leave you not wanting to leave home. • NETFLIX • Panasonic 42’’ inch LED Tv • You Tube User account Guests who need groceries can either order them via delivery applications such as Happy Fresh or Lotus’s or visit Jaya Grocer, Bens Grocer or Lotus’s all within 5 minutes distance of the development. Guest access Guests are welcome to access the various amenities that are available at the development - children’s playground, mini golf, sauna. The swimming pool is located the same floor the unit is on, so you will have unparalleled access to the pool. The stunningly designed pool is accessible to all guests from 6.30am to 10pm. • Smoking is only allowed at the balcony. Please do not smoke in the unit. • Food delivery is always available on Grab Food, Food Panda or the myriad of food delivery services available in the area however occupants are advised to pick up their deliveries from the lobby as the delivery agents are not allowed up to the unit. • The unit is to be kept tidy and clean as possible and the cost of any damage will be charged back to the guests. Rubbish disposal room is at the lift lobby area on the same floor the unit is on. • Each guest is allowed one covered car park. However, if the guests are having visitors over, all visitor vehicles must register at the guard house and thereupon will be given a visitor car park.
