The staff were also wonderful! They picked us up from the parking area with a cool electric cart (as Perast is a no-car town), and they were so kind, welcoming, and helpful the whole time! In the evening, my partner realized she needed something from the store and there were only four minutes until it closed; she ran outside. At the reception, Sandra ran after her and insisted she hop into the shuttle cart; they made it just in time. My partner was so surprised and grateful that she went out of her way to help. Our room was cozy and comfortable, and it looked like it had been recently renovated. It was also lovely to have breakfast right by the water, in one of the nicest spots in Perast. One small detail I would recommend is to include complimentary water; this is something many hotels don't offer, but it makes a difference. And as Heritage Hotel Leon Coronato is so close to perfect, it might as well take the crown. There are some restaurants along the walk across the shore towards the old town but options are limited. The hotel had closed their private beach when i went in October so this was a bit disappointing.The sauna and steam room in the spa was lovely and i had a spa treatment done which was very relaxing. Being October, there was no entertainment or anything as such for guests as the peak season had just ended." The spa was nice and the restaurant was good, but expensive - there are nearby options with very good value. The beach area had nice chaise lounges, ample towels and a protected swimming area. Close to some nice restaurants and beach bars. Lucy and Sandra were great throughout our stay and helped us get a taxi back to the airport after we had some trouble booking. Apartment clean and well stocked with kitchen wear if you want to cook for yourself. The steps are a lot though so if you have mobility issues this is something to consider. Also a car is not a must if you're happy to walk or catch a taxi but there are a few steep hills to deal with.
