Shopping, restaurants, playground, mini golf, swimming pool are only a few minutes away. Haus Nordseesonne is a modern and very well furnished house. We have placed particular emphasis on tastefully coordinated furnishings. The kitchens are new and fully equipped. Bright living-dining room with exit to the terrace and the garden. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. Shower room with toilet. On the ground floor is a 2nd WC In the DG is the 3rd Bedroom with a double bed. The view from here over Greetsiel is particularly gorgeous from the Nordseesonne house. External blinds in some rooms. Fly screens. Cot, high chair, play area with toys + children's furniture. In the garden sandpit, sand toys, rocking horse and bobby car. Garden with garden furniture + large fireplace grill Internet Greetsiel the romantic fishing village with its picturesque alleys, the harbor with crab cutters and old town houses, the historic period from the 17th Century, is one of the most beautiful places on the North Sea coast. Watch the fishermen at work, stroll through picturesque alleys, eat fish, boat trips. Ice cream parlors and tea rooms invite you to linger. In the heart of Greetsiel, quiet in a side street. stands House Kluntje and House North Sea Sun and the apartments Sonnenkieker, Friesentraum and Friesennest. The cottages and apartments are very modern and tasteful, very well and lovingly furnished The kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and Senseopad machine. The living-dining room is cozy and modern. We placed special emphasis on a tastefully coordinated interior. In the bright living room of the apartment Sonnenkieker and Friesennest, with a view of Greetsiel u. the North Sea dike and beach chairs on the balcony, there is a couch corner, an LCD TV with satellite connection, Internet + music system. A large dining table + chairs offer enough space for the whole family. Also in house Kluntje and North Sea sun there are sofas u. Armchairs and offer pleasant space for your vacation hours. Das Haus ist leider an einer etwas belebten Nebenstraße wo viele Leute unterwegs sind. Ein großes Manko war allerdings der Grill. Auf den Bildern bei Fe Wo war das ein großer gemauerter. Vor Ort allerdings nur ein kleiner Standard Grill aus dem Baumarkt. Das war leider etwas enttäuschend. Das Haus selbst war sehr groß und geräumig. Besonders das Badezimmer war sehr groß. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war gut und verlief problemlos. Wir haben im großen und ganzen eine schöne Zeit verbracht. ##### tino m. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und es sind genügend Schlafplätze vorhanden.Das Badezimmer ist sehr großzügig. Leider ließ sich die Wohnung nur auf 19 Grad aufheizen und das Duschwasser war nur lauwarm . Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Bei geöffneten Fenstern war leider der Schmutz an den Fensterrahmen extrem ( schwarz wie die Nacht). ##### Andreas R. Es war eine tolle Zeit! Alles ist gut zu erreichen in Greetsiel und es ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt (selbst eine gute Sammlung an Spielen und Kinderspielzeug!! Toll!!). Das einzige Manko war dass keine Bettwäsche oder Handtücher vorhanden waren sowie das Zimmer im DG nicht abschließbar war. So war das Haus sehr hellhörig und man konnte nachts der Heizung lauschen. Das Haus hat eine neuwertige Ausstattung; in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt....aber... in Greetsiel geht man auch sehr gerne und gut Essen. Bei unserer Ankunft waren die Räume vorgeheizt, sauber und ordentlich. Man schließt die Haustür auf und fühlt sich wohl. Gerne kommen wir wieder.... Ulli & Gitte aus NRW ##### Brigitte B.
