Beautiful single-family house "Villa Škavre", 2 storeys. 16 km from the centre of Labin, 21 km from the centre of Rabac, in a quiet, sunny position, 11 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 3'500 m2, garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (65 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, table tennis, billiard table, playroom, table football, trampoline, central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 10 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 8 km, supermarket 14 km, restaurant 8 km, bus stop 8.2 km, pebble beach 11 km, rocky beach 11 km, concrete beach 11 km. Sailing school 22 km, tennis 17 km, walking paths from the house 600 m, cycle lane 650 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 46 km from the property. The unit consists of 2 houses rented as one unit. Private: outdoor kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, freezer, dishwasher). Organizing a party is not allowed.
