Villa Labin is a charming country house nestled amidst trees and lush meadows in Rijeka, Croatia. It offers a tranquil escape, just 8 km from the vibrant center of Labin and a mere 5 km from the scenic coastline. This holiday rental boasts an array of amenities, including a private swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, ample parking spaces, and the option of an installment plan for your convenience.  
  
Outdoors  
The property encompasses a sprawling 6,000 square meters of beautifully landscaped grounds, complete with towering trees and verdant meadows. Guests can indulge in a refreshing dip in the angular swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 135 cm), which is available seasonally from May 15th to September 25th and features an internal staircase for easy access. Enjoy alfresco dining under the shade of an arbor, or gather around the barbecue area and savor the company of loved ones. Little ones can revel in the children's playground, equipped with a slide and swing, while the volleyball court promises endless hours of friendly competition.

The property boasts internet access, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay. Conveniently, a shopping area is located just 300 meters away, catering to your daily needs. Unit Layout  
The 4-room house has a total area of 110 square meters spread across two levels. On the lower level, you will find a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning. There is one bedroom with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, as well as another bedroom with two beds. The open kitchen is well-equipped with a hot plate, oven, three gas rings, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower room with a toilet on this level. Please note that there is no heating option available.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property comes with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. You can enjoy air conditioning in multiple rooms, as well as a washing machine for your laundry needs. Outdoor spaces include a terrace with furniture, and there is also a barbecue available. Entertainment options include satellite TV and WiFi internet access, which is provided free of charge. The maximum capacity of the property is six guests, and pets (up to one dog) are allowed.  
  
Other Information  
The property is a non-smoking house, ensuring a fresh and clean environment for your stay. While no heating option is available, the air conditioning units in the living/dining room and bedrooms provide climate control.
