This welcoming house features two air-conditioned, fully-equipped, and spacious apartments, ideally situated just a 15-minute stroll from the historic Old Town and a short, 5-minute walk to the public beach. The property includes private parking within the yard and provides a shared barbecue for guest use. Nearby, you’ll find a convenient restaurant, bar, and grocery store.  
  
Apartment Viva °2, located on the second floor, offers two bedrooms for up to 4 guests, with the option to host an additional guest on the sofa bed in the living room (130 cm x 190 cm). The kitchen is fully outfitted with all essential appliances. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, washing machine, and hairdryer for your convenience. The unit also boasts two balconies, perfect for enjoying a sea view.  
  
Please note:   
\- Smoking is permitted only outside the apartment, on the terrace or balcony.  
\- Pets are welcome with a prior announcement and at an extra fee of 15 Eur per day. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.
