### Jerini Main House by Interhome

Washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use) at detached small house. Beautiful, rustic, comfortable single-family house "Jerini Main House", 3 storeys. In the hamlet Bajčići 10 km from the centre of Krk, in a quiet, sunny position, 5.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'500 m2, well-kept garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular, heated (50 m2, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (140 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, fitness room, spa area, air conditioning. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 450 m, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 550 m, bus stop 400 m, pebble beach 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 22 km from the property.  
3-room villa 120 m2 on 3 levels. Luxurious and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. On the lower ground floor: dining room with satellite TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV. 2 showers/WC. Floor heating. Terrace 20 m2\. Deck chairs. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher.
