Noveanni is a single-family house spanning two stories, located 350 meters from the center of Kornić and 3.5 kilometers from the center of Punat. It offers a tranquil and sun-drenched setting in the countryside, just 900 meters from the sea and beach. The property boasts a private and fenced area of 550 square meters, adorned with a beautiful wildlife garden and trees. It features an unconventionally shaped swimming pool measuring 24 square meters, with a depth of 150 cm, available seasonally from May 1st to October 15th. Guests can enjoy an outdoor shower, a spacious terrace spanning 100 square meters, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The house is equipped with internet access, a table football game, and a washing machine. Parking is available on the premises, accommodating up to four cars. This vacation rental offers an outdoor kitchen with two hot plates and two refrigerators.

The property boasts a private outdoor space of 550 square meters, enclosed by fencing. It features a delightful wildlife garden adorned with trees, creating a serene and natural ambiance. You will be staying in a spacious 7-room house that spans across two levels with a total area of 170 square meters. The ground floor features a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment. This area leads directly to a terrace and the swimming pool. Additionally, there is one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) that also grants access to the terrace. Another room on this level has two beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also boasts a satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, allowing you to prepare meals in comfort. The kitchen leads to another terrace, and there is a bath/WC on this floor.

The vacation rental is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Air conditioning is available throughout the property, keeping you cool during warm weather. A washing machine is provided for your laundry needs, and a barbecue area allows you to enjoy outdoor grilling. Pets are permitted, making it a pet-friendly accommodation. The property offers multiple outdoor spaces, including a balcony of 3 square meters, another balcony of 6 square meters, a terrace spanning 25 square meters, and another terrace covering 32 square meters. Terrace furniture and deck chairs are provided for your convenience. The property boasts views of the sea and the swimming pool.
