This property features three separate apartments, surrounded by a spacious 1'000 m2 lawn and trees, perfect for enjoying the great outdoors. With internet access available within the house and a shop just 200 meters away, you'll have all the necessary amenities at your fingertips. The property also offers a yard, internet WiFi, parking, and an installment plan for your convenience.

You will enjoy a spacious 3-room apartment spanning 60 square meters, situated on the upper ground floor. The living/sleeping room features a double sofabed (150 cm, length 200 cm), a dining table, satellite TV, DVD player, and air conditioning. This room also provides access to the balcony. Additionally, there is one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and another room with a French bed (140 cm, length 200 cm).  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-equipped with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also includes a shower/WC and a separate WC. Other amenities at your disposal are a washing machine, iron, and free WiFi internet. You can also enjoy the outdoor spaces with a 18 square meter balcony, patio, balcony furniture, barbecue, and 2 deck chairs. Additionally, reserved parking is available.

This vacation property is designated as non-smoking, and a maximum of 2 pets/dogs are allowed. It offers a private entrance, ensuring your privacy and convenience.
