The location is very exclusive, with lake view and swimming. It is located on the edge of the "Seegarten", an old park in which used to be a hotel. A large lawn and tall, old trees invite you to relax and rest. The modern apartment has 65sqm living space, with underfloor heating and floor to ceiling windows. The large windows face south and southeast, the small windows in the bathroom and the kitchen to the north. The decor is high quality. TV and music system with Bluetooth, and free wi-fi. Spacious, cozy sofa area. A staircase takes you to the separate attic bedroom with its outstanding views of the lake and mountains. On each floor, the rooms are preceded by large balconies. There is a bicycle storage in the house, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a private parking space. Bed linen is included, please bring your own towels. The spacious, open kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, dishwasher, stove, extractor and the necessary small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc. The apartment is a Non smoking apartment! If you want to smoke, like on the balconies (ashtray is available). This object is equipped for a maximum of 2 persons. We have to point out that the apartment is not suitable for crawling or climbing small children because of the open interior staircase. We are for tolerance and wish us guests who respect diversity. Suitability: long term renters are welcome. Pets unfortunately not possible. Due to the staircase situation, the apartment is not suitable for wheelchairs. With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. The final cleaning is included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community. Directly on the shore of Lake Constance in the immediate vicinity of the pier, hence "on the jetty". From here the excursion boats of the "white fleet" sail. You can reach any place around the lake, which is approached by the steamers of the BSB. Shopping can be in the shops in the village. A baker and a butcher are nearby. You will also find a bicycle shop with cycle hire in the area. Radwege vor der Haustür. Wir haben uns toll erholt beim Radeln oder wandern. Einziges Manko für uns - der Radkeller. Mein Mann ist leider nicht gesund. Wir haben uns ganz schön geplagt mit den Rädern. Ich hab die gegenüber mit dem Rad-Schuppen immer beneidet:). Danke für eine wunderschöne, erholsame Woche. But it is not relaxing. There is a lot of street noise. The park adjacent to the building is noisy, frequently late into the night. The view of the lake is fleeting at best, small glimpses of the water thruough the trees. We stayed here in summer, maybe the noise is less and the views better in winter. Additionally the bedroom is on a the second level (as described) up some steep stairs and the bathroom is on the lower level (not in description) which is not great for frequent nightly visits. The lovely umbrella in the pictures was no where to be found. We were glad to move on, in fact we left a day early. ##### G B.
