This detached, two-story vacation rental was built in 1986 and underwent renovations in 2014. It boasts a private terrace, barbecue area, and a fireplace. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a yard, internet WiFi, and parking facilities on the premises.

Nestled in a quiet, elevated position atop a hill, the property offers stunning views and direct access to the surrounding natural beauty. It is situated just 100 meters from a lake, allowing you to immerse yourself in the countryside's serene ambiance. The shared property spans an impressive 12,000 square meters, including a meadow perfect for outdoor activities.

The cottage offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay, including a shower and a separate toilet for added convenience. Electric heating is provided to keep you comfortable throughout your visit. On the upper floor, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed, providing ample space for your group or family. Stepping outside, you can enjoy a balcony and a terrace area, complete with outdoor furniture, where you can relax and take in the beautiful views of the countryside, water surface, and rocks.
