Property Summary  
The "Pr Kavač" property is a 2-family house located 6 km from Kranjska Gora and 500 m from the center of Rateče, Slovenia. It enjoys a sunny position, situated 800 m from the edge of the forest and 3 km from the skiing area. The house offers internet access and massage services (extra charge). Additionally, it provides a storeroom and parking facilities on-site. With its convenient location, you can easily access various amenities, including a shop within 800 m, a restaurant just 50 m away, a bus stop 1 km away, and a railway station 12 km from the property.

The property offers a fantastic outdoor experience for visitors. Walking paths can be accessed directly from the house, and a cycle lane is situated just 100 m away. The vacation rental is a 4-room apartment spanning 160 square meters across two levels on the 1st floor. The living/dining room is tastefully furnished and equipped with satellite TV and a flat-screen television, leading directly to a terrace. One room on the lower level features a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm long. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower and a separate toilet on the lower level. The upper floor, with sloping ceilings, houses two additional rooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. The upper level also features a shower, bidet, and a separate toilet area.

The vacation rental offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy outdoor spaces with a 10 square meter terrace, complete with terrace furniture and a barbecue. The apartment is equipped with solar energy heating and boasts distant mountain views. Additionally, a washing machine and a hair dryer are provided for added convenience.
