Excellent hotel and staff were very friendly - with the upgrade to deluxe double room and even though tram noise was loud it didn’t really affect us. One star off as the one evening we planned to eat at the restaurant it was closed for a private function and breakfast was free but buffet layout was poor (long queue for single coffee machine and toaster). Would recommend hotel location also as it is between large mall and Old Town

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable but the pillows were way too soft and went flat immediately. Breakfast was fine, decent selection. Front facing rooms hear the trams and they can be loud. Great location for the old time, train station and large shopping mall, all easy walking.

Pros: Great location close both to central station and old town, friendly and helpful staff, large and spacious rooms, beds on the firmer side (which I like), good breakfast Cons: A bit noisy with the windows towards the street, plastic sheets made me sweat all night, weak water pressure in the shower
