Spa facilities were world class with fantastic view of Alps. Skip the outdoor pool; it was freezing cold. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. (1,001 reviews) The staff were all lovely and everything was very clean and new throughout which was great. We were disappointed with the facilities considering that this is marketed as 4 star hotel. This is a B&B with basic continental breakfast. If you are OK with that then I don't think you will be at all disappointed. Don't expect a 4 star hotel though. Reception and front door are locked after 7pm and there were no hot drinks facilities in the rooms and just a very basic TV.
