Correct mais trop loin du centre d'AoNong
Cet hôtel est basique, notre chambre est assez propre mais la déco et la lumière en font un espace pas très accueillant. Le plus embêtant c'est que l'hôtel est trop loin du centre de Ao Nang, endroit où on peut manger et prendre le bateau pour faire des excursions. L'hôtel vois déposé gratuitement en ville entre 9h et 16h mais il faudra forcement payer pour le retour ....en tuktuk compter 200 à 300 bath pour 10 à 15 mn de trajet... transport pas très sur point de vue sécurité encore plus de nuit. Le petit dej est basique mais il faut bien choisir les aliments que l'on peut supporter, car certaines choses restent longtemps dehors avec des températures autour de 30. Perso, mon fils à tout vomi après avoir avalé le jus d'orange.... mais bon nos intestins n'ont pas tous la même résistance. Si nous devions revenir dans le coin, je choisirai plutôt un hôtel en ville, pas forcément plus cher et surtout économie de temps.et d'argent.

Les chambres sont très bien et spacieuses ( 2 lit doubles ) dommage que cetait complet car on souhaitent rester une nuit de plus, très propres et modernes la salle de bain aussi etait niquel le petit déjeuner bon, la piscine très bien pas mal de transats pour se prélassé, petit bémol l'accueil pas très chaleureuse

Elendig beliggenhet, midt i slumområde, langt fra alt. Renholdet var helt elendig, det må man betale ekstra for hver dag hvis man ønsker. De kommer ikke med toalettpapir engang. Hvis du skal ha frokost ,lunsj eller middag må personale kjøre på butikken først å handle , for så å lage det. Personale er serviceinnstilte og hyggelige, men det hjelper ikke når stedet er så dårlig. Kommer aldri til å bo på dette hotellet igjen noen gang.

We are really sorry for not satisfy your stay while you were here. For housekeeping cleaning room service there is no charge there are free to clean the room. We had a paper for the rule that write down before guest check in that when guest want to clean room guest have to come to front and write down because we not allow our staff go into your room without your permittion some of guest they dont want room service that the reason why we have the rule that guest have to come and sign name for cleaning room. For the food we only serve breakfast fresh every morning. but for lunch or dinner it is another option for guest that they do not want out to the restaurant that the reason why we have menu cart for them and we call and order food from the restaurant to customer. Around the resort also have many restaurant or 7-11, familymart if guest dont want to order food with resort.. lasting we are very very sorry for not satisfy your need. We are try the best but we will keep your comment to improve our resort and Staff Seashell resort team

Great little hotel
Spacious clean rooms, friendly staff, clean pool. The hotel offers a free tuck tuck twice a day to town and is only 300 baht to come home.

Very low quality...
I rarely give such ratings, but this was definitely disappointing. The fact that it's hot outside doesn't mean you don't need hot water inside - and the provided small instantaneous water heater provided no more than 26-27C, no matter how much you lower the debit. This is the first hotel that you have to book housekeeping services day per day. With your names and signature every day. 3 stars? Buffet breakfast was also only an advertising category - in fact there was no buffet, only a "set" of a few things you get on a plate if you tell them you want breakfast. I tried it on the firsts day - and didn't want to repeat at all. Like I would never repeat a visit to that "resort". By the way, pool hours exist in order for customers to be able to sleep at some moment... The last night there were a few families who were still in the pool around midnight and in the morning since 7. With there several shouting and screaming kids. I don't even want to think about the "offer" by the personnel to kill the small lizard in my room with... insecticide spray. They only asked me to close my suitcase and were ready to start spraying. With my bed linen, laptop, water, chair, etc. - all in harm's way. I didn't let them, of course - but it's enough that they tried.

Et fint hotel med god service og hjælpsomt personale. Der var rent og pænt. Mulighed for at blive kørt til Ao Nang 3 gange om dagen gratis, hvor man selv betaler for transporten tilbage (300 bath) Det eneste der er at sætte en finger på, er at der er nogle af klinkerne i poolen, der er knækket, så man skal være opmærksom. Det er mulighed for at få morgenmad på hotellet, ellers bestilles maden ude, hvor den bliver bragt i løbet af 30 min. Det fungerende fint og smagte godt.

Övernattning inför hemresa via Krabi Airport.
Fräscht och relativt nybyggt hotell med fin pool. Vi bodde på hotellet en natt med för att hamna hyfsat nära flygplatsen och för att hinna skapa en uppfattning om hur Krabi är. Hotellet är beläget ca 15-20 min från Au Nang, och det ligger lite avsides för sig själv. Hotellet står för kostnadsfri transort till turiststråken vid fasta tider fram tills efter midnatt. Under kvällen när vi bodde på hotellet checkade många människor in och det blev rätt livat. Jag skulle inte rekommendera detta hotellet till personer som planerar att kliva upp tidigt på morgonen då hotellet upplevdes bara mycket lyhört.

The twin queen beds is very spacious. If added a couple sitting chairs would be perfect. Location may be the only concern, a quiet country road with not much of anything.

Nice, new and comfortable
The hotel is very new (2015). The facility is clean, well maintained and comfortable. Although it is not centrally located it is an easy cab ride to the beach, town or market, you can also rent a moped at the hotel. The location lends to the quiet ambiance of the hotel. The rooms were well appointed and the beds very comfortable. The swimming pool and deck were a nice amenity. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The adjoining restaurant had some very good food. over all I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Double queen beds in rooms, faces pool. We had large group and it was perfect value for money. Unexpected outstanding home cook authentic Thai food. Wish we had known the staff were so helpful in arranging rides for us, including to Railey and back cheaply.

Hidden gem in krabi
The hotel seems brand new. Everything is clean and up to date. The pool was great and the staff are very friendly. Our only complaints were that the wifi was very spotty and only worked occasionally and the distance from the main attractions. There is a shuttle to Aonang Beach that runs one direction during the day, which was very helpful, but there is not much around the hotel itself as far as restaurants and shops. It's great if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main touristy areas! Very quiet and comfortable.

Group stay with three rooms. Breakfast was very basic and two of the three room was OK but one room the bedsheet smell bad and wake up with itchy rash due to ants. Very far from tourist attractions can not walk need car or taxi.

Good value for money
Hotel offers safe deposit for valuables. We were expecting a safe deposit box with a key but receptionist simply put our bag containing passsports, tickets and money in the desk drawer. We went out and I was worried that all staff can access that drawer so on our return we requested it back and left it in a locked suitcase in our room.

Hotellilta pääsi ilmaiseksi taksilla ao nangiin ja taksi takaisin oli 300 bahtia. Skootterin vuokrauksella ja säiden suosiessa pärjää varmasti hyvin tässä kohteessa.

Rigtig fint til prisen, men lå dog lidt langt ude for sig selv. Men gratis transport til strand og by i dagtimerne. Om aftenen skulle man selv betale for at komme hjem - ca. 30 kr. for en tuc tuc (300 Bath).

The stay itself was good. The room was clean, although in order for them to clean the room you must hand in your room key in the morning and let them in, as they won't go into the room otherwise. The hotel had decent wifi that was free. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant was not open so one of the staff took us to get take-away meals at a place we wound up eating for the entire stay. The biggest downside to this hotel is that it is far from the city center, too far to walk. However, they do have scooters for rent, so if you're staying there it's well worth it to rent the scooters to be able to quickly and easily get to town.

Nice hotel away from city
It is a good place to stay if you are traveling with family especially if you have grown up kids since they have twin queen dice beds. Also rooms are quite big. It is bit far 10 mins by tuktuk from Aao nang which is city center but good for those who prefer quite surrounding. Nice pool and very good staff. I personally thank Patricia from reception who was very friendly and helpful. There Thai food is very good and I will recommend it for dinner. Breakfast is small but very good and filling.

Nice hotel. Nice pool. Very big bedroom space and clean. You will need a scooter or car to get around but you should have that anyway. This hotel was enjoyable and I can recommend it highly.
