Hotel très bien situé, proche des commerces et restaurants tout en étant très calme. Les chambres sont très confortables, le personnel très agréable et le petit déjeuner très correcte. Les photos correspondent à la réalité, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Hotel bien situé. Emplacement idéal
Tres bon sejour dans cet hôtel. Belle chambre agreable et propre. Petit dejeuner bon et variés pour tous les goûts. Hotel bien situé. Par contre côté acces piscine trop d'arbre empeche le soleil de chauffer la piscine et pas mal de moustique qui piquent qui empeche de rester sur la terasse et d'utliser l acces piscine. Ensuite trop de feuilles d'arbres qui tombent dans l'eau et du coup pas assez nettoyer dans la journée. Le rooftoop est super avec piscine vu sur la falaise et l eau y est plus chaude mieux chauffer par le soleil

Personnel très accueillant. Déjeuner de haute qualité pour tout les goûts.Très bien situé dans la ville,car a proximité de plusieurs resto et boutique. A 5 min. De marche de la plage.nous sommes en Thaïlande depuis 2 mois. plage incroyable à 10 minutes de bateau pour prix minime.. nous avions réservé pour 7 jours, et nous avons demeuré 1 semaine supplémentaire, car ces un coup de cœur.

Chambre au calme avec piscine privée pour mon anniversaire, c’était juste magique!!! Excellent hôtel et personnel toujours souriant et aux petits soins. Nous avions réservés au départ une seule nuit mais avons prolongé de 3 nuits supplémentaires...détente et relaxation à deux je le recommande sans hésiter!!!!

Hôtel sympa mais pas typique
Hôtel haut de gamme à des prix raisonnable avec les promotions internet bien situé à ao nong proche des commerces et de la plage ou se trouve les bateaux pour accéder à Railay Beach. Hôtel fait de grand bâtiment pas du tout typique... dommage pour la Thaïlande... chambre très confort , la chambre avec terrasse sur le toit et vu mer énorme et celle avec piscine privée au top mais prendre celle dans le bâtiment du fond pour être moins en vu des autres chambres en face... grande piscine et espace pour enfants. Le petit déjeuné est super, varié sucré et salé. Mais si vous chercher quelque chose de typique et calme avec pas trop de monde c est pas le bon endroit... beaucoup de touriste japonais et chinois.

Nouvel hôtel dans la rue commerçante de Ao nang. Très bien placé et légèrement en retrait de la rue ce qui est un plus pour éviter les nuisances. Le personnel est attentif. Le pdj est bon et de qualité avec une bonne variété de produits frais.

Panan Hôtel
This is my second stay at the Panan Hotel with no surprise very satisfied. The hotel is beautiful and ideally located near the beach and all amenities. The rooms are spacious and the place very quiet. I have to come back to make a stay in October or November my choice will be without hesitation for this hotel. I especially want to say my best impression that goes to the staff very smiling, very attentive, competent and very serious in their work. A big thank you to them for all this attention.

Everyone was so nice. It was very clean and there were lots of events going on: cooking classes, rock climbing, excursions, etc. The staff was amazing and always making sure everything was okay and that we were enjoying our stay. Location is convenient. If we come back to ao nang, we will definitely stay here again.

It is a short distance away from the beach. There are many eateries and small shops around. It's about a 20 min walk away from the night market. The hotel itself had a great view from the room and rooftop swimming pool. Staff are very accomdating. Very very clean.

The hotel was good and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was a bit random but offered a lot of variety. We didn’t go in the pool areas but they looked very nice. The only issue we had was the housekeeping which kept taking things out of the room for cleaning but not replacing them, ie towels and robes. They would also leave collect rubbish and dirty mugs some days but not others. The staff were incredibly accommodating, I had accidentally not booked enough nights and they were super helpful about getting me another night and arranging transport back to the airport. We also got a sea view room and to be honest the majority of our view was of another hotel. So if I was going back I probably wouldn’t opt for that type of room.

The ac did not work for the 3 nights we stayed here. The hotel knew about the schedule maintenance but did not prepare the hotel and make sure guests are comfortable. It’s 95 degree everyday here. There’s no ac at the restaurant when we eat breakfast. Even when it’s working for a short period of time, they set the auto temperature to 82 degree! We make it lower and 10 mins later it would jump back up. We contacted the front desk to get this fixed. It was fixed for a night then it’s back up to 82 degree in the room. We must had contacted them 10 times throughout the trip to get this fixed. Also, the electricity shuts off everyday for 10 mins several times a day. They didn’t warn the guests about it. We can’t shut off the lights in the bathroom. We are told the fridge doesn’t stay cold and don’t put many things in there! All in all, it’s a nice concept resort. Pool is nice but they gotta do better to make the guests comfortable and don’t cheap out on the ac!!!!

Absolutely LOVED staying at Panan!!! The staff were friendly & helpful from check in to check out. The tours we booked with the excursions desk were all fantastic & reasonably priced. The room we had was just unreal, the 180* views were breathtaking. The hotel is in a pretty great location too, just a short walk to the beachfront, and the way it’s situated, you’re on the main strip, but slightly away from it, which is great as you do not hear any of the hustle or bustle from the room, but still have everything in walking distance. The room was always immaculate when the cleaner came in and the outdoor areas were all solid!! Breakfast was pretty average and the rooftop pool bar was swarming with flies when you went for a happy hour drink. Even with this, I’d stay here every single time I come back to Ao Nang!
