Customer service is not exist, arguing with customer. There are extra charges which was disappointing. We could booked another place. It is not refundable, so do your research before booking or best to check the place out before booking. The place is not that clean. My husband and I both enjoyed our stay for 10 days in the hostel. The staff have been very accommodating and helpful. They take care of problems quickly and are all very courteous. Perfect location. I wasn't really expecting that much based on the reviews that I've read about this hotel. But nonetheless i would recommend this hotel to my friends and given a chance if i go back to HK i'd stay in this hotel again. The room was not that spacious but enough for 2 persons to move around. We had 2 beds, 1 TV (which is almost installed on the ceiling) and a working air con. Nice and clean comfort room. Do not expect a grand room as this is a budget hostel. Good enough for a place to stay for a couple of days. What i love the most about this hostel is that it is located at the center of Tsim Sha Tsui and very near to the MTR. Tranpo is very easy and hassle free. Hostel is also walking distance to the ferry terminal going to Macau and HK island. Near 7/11, McDonalds, Starbucks avenue of the stars where you can witness the symphony of the lights. The girl in the reception area was not that friendly though. Also good for your budget. Had it's own private shower stall and no shortage of hot water. Didn't get any new towels although we stayed for 4 nights. Don't make a mistake of getting off at another floor then walk up or down to yours. You'll notice ugly, dirty stuff around the hallways. Room, including shower was clean. Halfway down, the walls were marbled while other half up was wallpapered. So room felt smooth. Relatively clean. Noticed a bottle cap in our room, then noticed more in the hallway and a large bottle nearby. Looked like rat/insect poisoning was poured in these caps once in a while. In fairness, close to shopping, bus stop, MTR stations and restaurants.
