The spacious entrance hall with a separate toilet leads into a bright living room featuring comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, hob, combi oven, dishwasher, and a dining area ideal for shared meals.The apartment includes three bedrooms with double box springs. On the main floor, one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony. A separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer adds extra convenience.Upstairs, two more bedrooms share a second luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, bathtub, and a private sauna. From this floor, step out onto a spacious 20 m² roof terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun and relaxing outdoors.Additional comforts include beds made on arrival, a service and Rituals package, private parking with an EV charging station (NewMotion), a private storage room, and an electrically safe barbecue. Dishoek is a traditionally cozy recreational neighborhood. Dishoek is known for its pleasant square with its cozy terraces. It is located on the beautiful island of Walcheren, a stone's throw from Middelburg, Vlissingen and Zoutelande. Because of the perfect location of the apartment complex, you can enjoy optimal sunlight.  
  
In addition to staying on the beautiful and unique south beach, the Dishoek location offers many alternative relaxation options. How about hitting a ball on the De Zeeuwsche golf course in Middelburg? Less experienced golfers are also welcome here. Water sports enthusiasts can either (kite) surf or sail on the North Sea, the Veerse Meer or the Westerschelde.  
  
The historic town of Veere and the monumental city of Middelburg are accessible by car or bicycle. But what is also possible: take a terrace in Zoutelande, visit the unique boulevard of Vlissingen, shop in the city or take the bicycle-foot ferry to Breskens, Cadzand, Sluis or Knokke! In short, plenty to do!
