Unfortunately there is a wine bar at the bottom of the steps and they had set up at DJ booth outside and blasted music until someone went and screamed at them just before midnight. We had to leave early for a big drive the next day and if we had known about the noise we would have not stayed there. Unit was very comfortable and very clean. But, beware the wine bar right across from the apartments. The first night (Wednesday) the music was loud enough I think all of Kotor could hear and ended at midnight. Thankfully, the second night the volume was much lower and ended at 10pm. We were in apartments 1 and 4 which did not face the wine bar so that helped a bit. The owner was super communicative and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything easy. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the old town and walkable to everything. The apartment itself is lovely, was very clean and had everything we needed. It was inexpensive and spacious, with a very central location that made it easy to explore Kotor on foot. The only issue would be that it's not the easiest to find, and as it's in the old town there are quite a few stairs and no lift. Perfect location inside old town walls (close to the North gate). Very nice and responsive host. Modern, comfortable and clean apartment. Be prepared to walk up a few stairs, as would be normal in the old town. Host indicated to us where we could find parking close by, which was super helpful. We had a great time!
