Très bel hôtel avec une superbe vue. Petit déjeuner très bon et diversifié. Nous avons également diner un soir a l'hôtel et le repas était très bon.

Accueil très sympathique et convivial. Chambre et vue très agréable, le seul bémol est un accès assez difficile : chemin très pentu, étroit, et non goudronné

Szuper hely
Rendkívül kedvesek, vendégszeretők a házigazdák. A szálláshely tiszta, igényesen berendezett, kiváló kilátással a Tátrára. A svédasztalos reggeli minden igényt kielégít. Remélem egyszer még visszatérünk.

Extraordinary location, traditional architecture with an amazing view of the Tatra mountains. Traditional polish food with an added culinary finess. I would certainly recommend this place and hope to come back soon. Particular mention to the staff, they were very helpful and friendly.

Bad Experience!
I talked to the owner, Kamil before my arrival to ascertain that I would get what I paid for. Specifically, that the room as described was what I paid for. Specifically, a room with two double beds. He assigned a room with one double bed and one with bunk beds! Unacceptable! We ended up with a room at the attic! The walls were angled in the rooms and uncomfortable to get around. The water pressure at the bathroom sink depicted more as if a leak rather than pressure! Unacceptable-shower was impossible with hardly any water pressure. Furthermore, the bedroom faced the east were the sunrise would wake you because there were no curtains! I do want to credit Jula, the receptionist. She was extremely pleasant. In summary, the cost of the room did not reflect the description and my request! By the way, the restaurant downstairs, part of the property was an expensive but the breakfast buffet that was included was fabulous. Last but not least, a very difficult place to find. The road (long driveway) to the hotel is extremely steep and in terrible shape!

Good morning, You booked a double room in the attic which was equipped with 1 double bed and 1 single bed (according to the booking confirmation). Due to the fact that we did not have a large occupancy during the week, we offered you a 4-person apartment at the same price. It was important for you that the room had two beds. We exchanged for a 2-person apartment at the same price.Guests who do not want to use the upper parking lot, which leads to a steep road due to the fact that we are in the mountains, can use the lower parking lot with direct access from the main road.

Great place to stay within 10 minute drive to Zakopane (easy to park there) Dinners were very good (home cooked) as were the breakfasts

Hidden gem
Really great place up near the top of ski lifts. Easy to miss when driving there, but wonderful, scenic location. Outside deck overlooking the town in the valley below. Superb breakfast! Very nice staff.

What a view!
This is a great spot! The view is spectacular! The staff are great and the breakfast was top notch! Great spot if you are looking to have a great view of the mountains and a little out of the town ... taking the lifts down to the town was a fun part of the stay!

Najwyższa jakość, niezmienna od lat.
Od 3 lat jeździmy do tego hotelu i co roku jest lepiej. W tym roku powiększyli taras z przepięknym widokiem na Tatry. Dla mnie wszystko bez jakiegokolwiek zarzutu. Wysoki standard usług. Bardzo dobre jedzenie, restauracja czynna do 22:00 - nie warto jeździć do centrum.

Rewelacyjne śniadanie (swojskie wędliny i sery, pieczywo). Apartament czysty przestronny, ergonomiczny. Piękne meble. Zachwycający widok na panoramę Tatr z dużych, tarasowych okien.

Wonderful stay
Very lovely room, only a few minutes drive into center of Zakopane. We were having a really hard time with our toddler and jet lag and the staff were extremely accommodating - they brought us a late dinner one night to our room and even served us lunch early in the restaurant. Lots to do in the area - hiking, horse carriage rides, hot bath spas, and delicious food.

Schönes Berghotel im der Nähe von Zakopane
Hotel ist ca. 10 Autominuten vom Zentrum in Zakopane entfernt und liegt auf einer Anhöhe. Perfekte Ausgangslage für direkte Touren zu Fuß zum Berg Gubalowka. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet aus einer Mischung von Tradition und Moderne. Unser Doppelzimmer war allerdings ziemlich klein mit vielen Dachschrägen, was für 2 Personen über 1,80m nicht wirklich komfortabel war. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es wurde täglich Wasser angeboten. Restaurant und das Essen können wir sehr empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich mit vielen lokalen Spezialitäten und alles frisch zubereitet. Auch das Abendessen war sehr gut und eine gute Alternative, falls man abends nicht mehr nach Zakopane zum Essen fahren möchte. Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das hätten wir uns bei der Ankunft im Hotel auch gewünscht. Die Begrüßung war sehr kühl und man hat keinerlei Informationen bekommen, sondern musste sich alles erfragen.

Jak zwykle najwyższy poziom usług. Świetne miejsce. Od tego roku mają parking przy drodze - dla tych którzy bali się wjechać na górę:)

This was a lovely place to stay!
The staff is amazing, the rooms have beautiful views and everyone is very accommodating. Make sure to ask for GPS coordinates of relying on GPS as the navigation isn't 100% accurate. If you want a relaxed experience away from the hassle and bustle of Zakopane but want to be within 15 minutes drive, this is the place.

The driveway is a bit challenging the first time. It is gravel and very steep. Kamil is a great host and immediately helped us in planning our time in Zakopane. Lovely accommodations and the view is spectacular!

Amazing views!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The views from the restaurant are amazing. Each night we hung out at the restaurant had a few drinks and tried to soak up the views as much as possible. The staff is very accommodating as well, super friendly and just overall happy to have guests.

Najważniejszym argumentem hotelu jest przepiękny widok na Tatry, szczególnie przy śniadaniu na tarasie. Kolejnym ogromnym plusem jest świetna kuchnia, wyszukane dania, naprawdę na wysokim poziomie. Naprawdę nie warto szukać innej restauracji w centrum. Jeden z najlepszych Mohito jakie kiedykolwiek piłem. Czystość bez zarzutu. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie - nienachalna, rzeczowa, zawsze pomocna.

Przytulnie, komfortowo, warto polecić
Obsługa bardzo miła, przyrządzali nam nawet śniadanie na życzenie szybciej :) Nie było też problemu z wcześniejszym zakwaterowaniem. Dobra rada dla tych, którzy wybierają się do Butorowego Dworu zimą - zaopatrzcie się w łańcuchy bo warunki zimą są fatalne. Śliska nawierzchnia uniemożliwia dojazd, wiele aut zatrzymywało się na środku ulicy, a i pchać samochód ciężko gdy nawierzchnia cała oblodzona. W nocy dało się słyszeć jak co chwilę ktoś męczył swoje auto gazując i próbując ruszyć z miejsca ;)

Great place to explore Zakopane
We stayed in the hotel over xmass 2014 and were amazed with a friendly service and a family like atmosphere created by the owners and hotel staff. Restaurant serves great selection of Polish dishes and there are plenty of places to eat around Zakopane and Koscielisko. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the ski lifts, however you need a car to get around. It would be useful if they had GPS co-ordinates on the website as locating the hotel entrance from the main road wasn't quite as easy with a postcode alone. Winter tyres are essential if you travel there in winter.

Veldig hyggelig hotell beliggende litt utenfor Zakopane. Litt på "bondelandet", men flott utsikt fra rommene. Kjempetrivelig og hjelpsom betjening om snakket godt engelsk. Maten på hotellets restaurant anbefales, frokosten overrasket også positivt. Kommer gjerne tilbake!
