Checkin was a bit onerous. It seems to cater to an all-inclusive international crowd. We had stayed the week before and enjoyed an upgrade. We decided to re-book on the way back. Unfortunately, the air conditioners in one room were not working well and dripped on the bed and the suitcases. No other rooms were offered. Special thanks to Ianis and Ron for giving us rides with good humour throughout our stay. The hotel is a bit far away from the beaten track, and renting a car or taking the all-inclusive option is highly recommended. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite on arrival which was a nice bonus. Guests are transported to their room via golf buggy towhich also ran people to the beach. Resort is quite hilly so could be an issue for those with mobility problems. - Hotel gardens and pool areas were nice and had lovely views of the gardens and sea. Never struggled to get a lounger although we did struggle to get ones on the shade at times as the umbrellas don't move. - Always found something to eat at the buffet and found everything to be well cooked and tasty. Choice maybe somewhat limited compared to other places. Theme nights were advertised but most dishes were the same with one themed option. - Rooms a little dated but comfortable, quiet and offering plenty of storage. Air con was perfect for during the heat wave. Bathroom however had no fan so it could get very hot after showering. - Found maid service to be a little limited. We were aware they didn't service the room daily however felt that when they did visit small details were missed eg. Not topping up empty toiletries. - Didn't make use of any entertainment options however there appeared to be a good daily programme for those who wanted to participate. - Overall a good stay which was relaxing and peaceful. I would agree with other guests that it is not 5 star service or surroundings in the hotel. There are only 6 of these rooms on the whole complex. The room and pool were cleaned daily and the pool was an excellent size. We did not need to enter any of the main pools. All Inclusive is a must when staying here but the food is very much the same every am/pm. There seem to be different ‘theme’ nights for food but I couldn’t tell what night what supposed to be what theme. The food taste and quality was not what was expected from a 5 star hotel and seemed basic. I suppose this is expected for buffet style dining. Staff were very helpful with regards to day trips/local places to visit etc. daily bus (book two days before) to Kos town. Also daily bus to the local Lido (no need to book this) Beach is a small distance walk (5 minutes) and a member of staff is on the beach throughout the day taking drinks orders which is very good! Going home from the beach is slightly uphill. Snacks during the days consist of biscuits, cake slices and ice cream only. Our rooftop dinner booking was cancelled due to weather? But the weather was beautiful so unsure why. We booked for our last evening in the hotel so could not rebook for another day. It’s a shame as we were looking forward to a change of food! Asked for an iron three days in a row and was told housekeeping will deliver it to the room, one was never delivered to us. Room was booked for Four but there were only two cups and saucers and two glasses. Sehr netter Service. Für fünf Sterne hätten wir mehr Sauberkeit, v.a. Bad sowie Zustand des Bades erwartet. Essen gut, aber ebenfalls nicht fünf Sterne, insbesondere auch bei in All Inclusive enthaltenen Getränken, da hätte mehr enthalten sein können. Ebenfalls hätten wir mehr lokales griechisches Essen erwartet. Im Restaurant kam man sich doch sehr nah, da manche Gäste nicht so drauf achten, und kreuz und quer durchs Buffet laufen. Ein Oneway hätte da Abhilfe geschaffen, Platz genug wäre dafür vorhanden. Essen war richtig gut, verschiedene Themenabende, es hat ommer geschmeckt und war gut gewürzt. Maske in allen Innenräumen und Restaurant, Einmalhandschuhe aus Tüte um sich am Buffet selbst zu bedienen, fliegen dann aber auch gern in der Anlage herum, und landen schlussendlich im Meer. Gibts bestimmt auch eine bessere Lösung. Desinfektionsmittel und Fiebermesser vorhanden. Aber keiner kontrolliert das, oder mahnt Nichtmasken- und Nichthandschuhträger. Im Zimmer kein Desinfektionmittel, keine Informationmappe, kein Hotelplan, kennen wir anders. W-LAN leider nur im Bad und an der hinteren Wand im Kinderzimmer, lag wohl knapp ausserhalb der Reichweite. Muss man sicher auch nachbessern, das Zimmer ist das teuerste in der Anlage, kann man dann schon verlangen. Sämtliches Personal aber sehr freundlich, Anlage ist hübsch angelegt, sehr gepflegt, grün, terrassenförmig, schöner Blick aufs Meer und nach Bodrum. Nicht so riesig, so auch kurze Wege. Direkt vor der Tür kleiner Supermarkt und Autoverleih. Zum eigenen Sandstrand ein paar Schritte, wurden früh um 7:30 Uhr dort aber vertrieben, mit dem Hinweis, der Strand öffnet erst um 9:00 Uhr. Nécessite de disposer d'une voiture. La plage privée est agréable mais pas pratique d'accès pour les personnes séniors (surtout la côte pour remonter à l'hôtel en plein soleil !). La qualité des animations-quand il y en a !- est du niveau "camping". Il y a bien une navette le matin à 10h pour la ville de Kos mais je crois que c’est tout. En plus, si l’on n’a pas pris la formule all inclusive on a un problème car il n’y a absolument rien à proximité pour se restaurer. Dans le petit supermarket en face de l'hôtel on ne trouve que des boissons, des articles de plages,souvenirs, etc, mais pas de nourriture, même pas un yaourt ... Pas d’autre solution que de louer un véhicule, ça tombe bien il y a un loueur juste en face... Et c’est tout, rien d’autre aux alentours. Sinon, il faut se lever de bonne heure pour avoir un transat à la piscine ... et certains jours à la plage, et là c’est une tannée pour les non sportifs car la plage est à environ 500m de l’hotel, le chemin est en pente et en plein soleil, imaginez le retour en plein cagna... Pas de navette comme cela ce fait habituellement dans des hôtels de cette catégorie. Service: très bien au restaurant mais à l’accueil peut mieux faire...un sourire par exemple... Restauration : Pas très varié, toujours un peu la même chose. Chambres : spacieuses et bien équipées. Par contre les petits articles (coton...) ne sont pas renouvelés...une seule boîte avec 3 cotons à l’arrivée ! Animation : très moyenne surtout le soir. Hôtel à conseiller plutôt pour les familles. Globalement on est assez loin d’un hôtel 5 étoiles...
