Een ruim schoon appartement. Goede bedden en een overdekt buitenterras. Op loopafstand van winkels, supermarkt en strand. En een parkeerplaats voor de deur. Ideaal verblijf voor een relaxte vakantie in Kardamena.

Super ophold i Kardamena

Billederne af lejligheden yderst retvisende. Man får hvad man betaler for - ingen luksus - men der er alt hvad man har brug for: Lille tekøkken (dog lidt begrænset udstyr), aircondition, altan og god størrelse badeværelse. Vigtigst af alt er værterne Natascha og George rigtig søde og hjælpsomme og lejligheden var rengjort. Lejligheden ligger ligeledes rigtig tæt på supermarked, restauranter, butikker og stranden. Dog en ULEMPE: Det er MEGET lydt både ift. støj på gangene og fra trafikken. Så husk ørepropper!

Una Bella struttura stile Greca, una stanza comodissima anche per 4 persone, Noi eravamo in 2, Nataschia ci ha accolti Graziosamente in questo Studios Apartments, ci ha spiegato tutto di KARDAMENA e d'Intorni degli altri Paesi e di KOS. Calorosi anche Nel Salutarci dopo nel Riconsegnare la Stanza a Fine Vacanza. Veramente Gentilissimi.-

Appartamento molto spazioso e comodo, cucina super attrezzata e la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare anche una culla in camera per nostra figlia. La struttura è molto in linea con gli standard greci, di certo non un albergo a 5 stelle ma si sta bene. La zona in cui si trova è molto comoda, vicino alla zona commerciale, ma sembra un po' degradata.

Esternamente nella media degli studios presenti a kardamena. Ma internamente uno sfascio. Ambiente vecchio, pieno di zanzare e sporco. Sporche le mura piene di zanzare appiccicate sui muri e sporco sotto ai letti. Bagno vecchio come il resto

Appartamento pulitissimo un po' datato ma in ottima posizione.I propietari sono persone squisite il bagno ha la doccia con la tenda,unico neo Se mettessero una chiusura a vetri o in plastica secondo me sarebbe meglio.Io ci tornerei comunque a occhi chiusi e lo consiglio vivamente.Questo villaggio poi è a parer mio il più bello e comodo dove soggiornare a Kos.

Comfortable and really good value

Large apartment very clean with free airconditioning, 2 balconies and very short walk into the centre. Owner and staff very helpful and friendly. Typical greek apartment and just what we needed for our 10 night stay.

Clean and spacious room. Good ac and wifi. All necessary including towels, even small one for kitchen, soap, etc was in the room when we arrived. It is located close to the center but in a very quiet place so if you are looking for inexpensive but comfortable and clean place, kaloxenia is your choice

Nice overnight stay

Stayed as a one night stop en-route to Nisyros, the owner stayed up late to let us in after midnight, and was very helpful offering information on local boat times, where shops were etc. Rooms were simple but nice.

Ottima sistemazione a Kardamena

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in Settembre. La camera che ci è stata data era molto grande (addirittura con 4 posti letto nonostante fossimo in due),con 3 terrazzini e con un piccolo angolo cucina con stoviglie base, frigorifero e piastre elettriche per la colazione (o pasti base). Era presente il condizionatore anche se con 3 porte finestre circolava molta aria e, per lo meno nel nostro caso, non è servita assolutamente. La pulizia viene effettuata ogni giorno con sostituzione della biancheria ogni 3. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile in ogni momento, se necessario. La posizione è ottima, sia per visitare l'isola (è più o meno nel centro dell'isola stessa) che per spostarsi nel paese di Kardamena poichè è tutto raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimo tempo, rimanendo comunque al di fuori della confusione notturna.

4 ragazzi per una mini vacanza di 4 giorni. Tutto bello, pulito ed ordinato, carino alla vista. Pulizie quotidiane. Wi-fi gratuito e condizionatore (nuovo), non c'era la tv in camera. Unica pecca: €20 per notte, ci ha chiesto €15 per poter tenere la camera dalle ore 12 alle ore 18 del giorno del check-out.
