A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).
Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except the neighboring resident's fences or property. If you're interested in stunning lookouts and bushwalking trails, Mt. Maroon, Wayralong Dam, and Mt. Lindesay are just a few of the attractions in the area.

MN Happy Nest by Tiny Away is located in the rural area of Kooralbyn, in the Scenic Rim Region. It’s a peaceful spot where you can enjoy bushwalks, campsites, and local attractions—just an hour’s drive from Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
There’s plenty to explore nearby. Our local recommendations include Mt. Lindesay and Mt. Maroon for challenging hikes, and Curtis Falls for a peaceful waterfall walk. Visit the Camel Farm to learn about organic farming, or relax by Wyaralong and Maroon Dams, great for water activities and camping. Enjoy the Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk for a unique treetop experience, and unwind at Palm Beach Gold Coast with cycling or a friendly game of cricket.

By public transport: We have a limousine service, if they come to Brisbane by air, from Brisbane Airport to Kooralbyn $250 (Mercedes Benz V250). If you're interested, please contact you land host 24 hrs prior to arrival. Thank you!

- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Firewood provided at extra cost $25 per bag
- Telstra & Optus have good signal, Vodafone has no signal
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 8 PM, as the area is quite rural
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.
Important note:
- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
