### Apartment 'Obergeschoss' with Lake View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

With this special accommodation, shopping facilities and the bus connection are just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is located in the second row to the street, therefore very quiet and has a unique distant view. In order to enjoy these advantages, however, a few stairs must be climbed to the apartment, so it is not suitable for people with a walking disability. A walk-in shower, high-quality fitted kitchen with cooking and dining area island, large bed (180x200), sauna are a few of the many highlights. There is a locked storage area for bicycles and e-bikes. On the day of check-in, the tourism and climate protection tax of 5.6% of the "gross" overnight price is charged, which must be paid personally to the host at check-in.
