Villa Splendor is a newly built modern Villa with private heated pool overlooking green forest.
It’s built kind of like a fort with a dry moat surrounding it.
It's located in small village Komaji, 3mi from Airport Dubrovnik,14mi from Dubrovnik, 5mi from Cavtat and 10-15min drive from border with Montenegro.

It is ideally located for you to spend as relaxing or active holiday as you want.
From the parking lot you walk over wooden bridge with iron railings.
Villa comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, separate toilet and laundry room.
Three bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms with shower, the fourth bathroom comprises selfstanding bathtub.
Bedroom 1 on the main floor comprises queen size bed with en suite bathroom.
Down the stairs there is Laundry room next to bedroom 2 with 2 single beds pushed together or separated and adjoining bathroom.
Bedroom 3 comprises 2 single beds. Bedroom 4 comprises queen size bed and en suite bathroom.
And last, bedroom 5 comprises queen size bed and is located next to main bathroom. Every bedroom is air-conditioned with TV set. Wi-fi is available and free of charge.
Villa features an open plan so the dining room and living room open on to a pool area with sunbeds and outside solar shower.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave oven, pots, glasses and cutlery.
Outside, there is a spacious, free parking area and it is advised to drive a car or rent one.
Outside, there are 2 sitting areas, one next to the pool and the second one is behind the villa overlooking mountains. Next to it is a childrens playground, a hammock, an egg shape swing and BBQ area.
From there there is a path leading you to the glade with ping pong table and badminton net.

Villa is next to village road but turned away from it to secure your privacy.
You can spend your vacation relaxing by the pool, barbecuing and having picnics by the trees near the villa overlooking mountain Snježnica (4048ft ) or choose one of many activities Konavle has to offer ( horseback riding, jeep safari rides, walking, snorkeling, visiting all the historical sights -highly recommend Sokol tower , taking boat ride to Dubrovnik, go to vine tastings and enjoying all the delicious local food ).

For the ones who like the sea, there are rocky beaches just a short ride away and our famous pebble beach Pasjača which requires a little bit of stamina and good shoes but is totally worth visiting.

In village Čilipi, Center of the parish, local folk groups perform songs and dances of Konavle, every Sunday after Mass from Easter to late October and since our children sometimes perform you can see them, occasionally, in their national costumes, all dressed up. There you can buy souvenirs and embroidery.
Cavtat is 5mi away and there is a pathway from Čilipi to Cavtat for more adventurous people.
There, you can find various beaches, restaurants, bars and shops along the seaside promenade.
Dubrovnik, pearl of Adriatic, is just a boat ride away or 25min by car. There is, also, a very good public transportation from Cavtat if you want to avoid hustle with parking and traffic during busy summer months.

And in the evening just look up to the sky, the view of the stars will take your breath away.
