The apartment building is equipped with an elevator and monitoring, which ensures a comfortable stay. The building provides privacy and the opportunity for walks in the nearby parks and green areas. The location on the island is a great asset, adjacent to the river, yet close to the center of Kolobrzeg and only 2 km from the beautiful sandy beach. The Kolobrzeg Lighthouse is also just over 2 km from the property. Popular attractions to visit while in Kolobrzeg are the pier (2.2 km) or the Museum of Wax Figures (2 km).
