The apartment of 52 m² has been fully designed and adapted to relax for 5 people. It consists of a living room with a single and double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. In addition, the property has a balcony with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy a tasty coffee in the fresh air on a summer morning. The comfort of your stay provides many amenities, including TV, free Wi-Fi and all the kitchen and bathroom facilities.

The 1 bedroom apartment is located in the seaside village of Grzybowo on Nadmorska Street. The building is located on the guarded estate Baltic. It provides privacy and the possibility to walk in the garden with a children's playground and surrounding green areas. It is an ideal location for a quiet holiday! It is located about 15 minutes walk from the beach. In the neighborhood you can find everything you need. In the area of the estate on the right side from the exit of the building there are parking spaces, parking is marked and available to the public.

#### Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Moderne, geräumige Wohnung in einer "Gated Community" in einem Vorort von Kolberg. Zum schönen Ostseestrand etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, trotzdem empfiehlt sich ein Auto. Für die Selbstversorgung ist das Nötigste vorhanden (Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle + 2 Kochplatten, aber kein Backofen). Der Internetzugang hat nicht funktioniert, aber das war kein Problem für uns. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.
