This stylish apartment in Kołobrzeg is an excellent choice for parents traveling with children and groups of friends. Its great location, just 1.5 km from the beach and 1.3 km from the railway station, makes it easy to access tourist attractions and travel around.  
  
Guests have access to an outdoor parking space, as well as a terrace and garden. Jacuzzi, sauna, and gym in the common areas provide opportunities for relaxation and regular workouts. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen television.

The Space:  
The apartment is located on the ground floor and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The 41 m² space of the apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has also access to a private balcony and a garden with garden furniture, perfect for a morning cup of coffee with the view of the neighborhood. The chic constrasting décor of the interior, completed by modern furniture creates truly resort atmosphere. Comprehensive facilities with the essential kitchen and bathroom appliances (including a washing machine, a dishwasher, ironing facilities) guarantee a comfortable stay. Multimedia, such as a flat-screen TV and free access to a Wi-Fi network, provide evening entertainment. For the safety of our guests, the apartment is equipped with a carbon monoxide and smoke detector. Guests travelling by car can park on a private parking spot in the underground garage.
