A walk to Aleksander Fredro Park takes about 8 to 10 minutes. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private balcony. The property also offers a designated parking space next to the building. A VAT invoice can be issued upon request.

The Space:  
The modern 35 m² apartment can accommodate 4 people. It is an excellent option for a holiday stay for a family or a group of friends. The layout of the rooms includes a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a balcony and a bathroom with a shower. The interiors are dominated by light colours in shades of white and beige, which introduce a cosy and calm atmosphere. Functional interiors decorated with attention to every detail will make our guests feel extremely comfortable and enjoy their holiday here. In the living room there is a comfortable soft sofa with a sleeping function for two people, which invites you to relax and unwind. The living area leads out onto the balcony, which will be the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air. A cosy bedroom with a double bed ensures a peaceful night's sleep and recuperation after an eventful day. A spacious, elegant wardrobe will accommodate all your luggage and personal items. A kitchenette equipped with high-quality appliances allows you to prepare home-cooked meals. The stylish bathroom includes a walk-in shower with rain shower, washing machine and dryer to enhance your stay. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen Smart TV, as well as free Wi-Fi access. Guests are provided with complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen to start their stay. An undoubted advantage for motorists is the parking space next to the building.

The Neighborhood:  
This tastefully furnished apartment, located in a modern housing estate on Kołłątaja Street in Kołobrzeg, provides easy access to the commercial and service infrastructure and all the tourist attractions of the city. Kołobrzeg's seaside climate is conducive to regeneration, and the clean air rich in iodine improves health and well-being. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached in about a 12-minute walk (800 m). On the way, spend a moment among the greenery in the Aleksander Fredro Park. The area abounds in attractions typical of seaside towns. While in Kołobrzeg, it is worth visiting its biggest attractions, such as the pier (2.3 km), the harbour (2.6 km) or the lighthouse (2.6 km). Sailing enthusiasts can reach the Solna Marina - a sailing marina, the Kołobrzeg Maritime Open-Air Museum (with a Cold War-era patrol submarine, an exhibition in the engine room and the possibility to visit the deck) and the Piracy Museum within about 35 minutes' walk. The apartment's picturesque location is conducive to beachcombing and nature walks. For those who appreciate active recreation, the area offers numerous bicycle paths. The apartment is located in a well-connected part of Kołobrzeg. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are numerous shops, restaurants and cafés, which makes everyday shopping and the use of local services extremely convenient. Kolobrzeg is easily accessible by train and the train station is approximately 1.4 km from the apartment.  
  
At the moment, finishing work is being carried out on the estate, which may generate noise. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that you will nevertheless enjoy your stay.
