The Space:  
This luxury apartment has been decorated with great flair, making it look elegant and modern. Shades of gray dominate here, as well as muted white and black. This makes the space look exclusive and stylish. The apartment is designed for four people and is located on the second floor of a building equipped with an elevator. The attention here is undoubtedly drawn to the furnished balcony accessible from the living room - there is a table with two chairs, so guests can relax outdoors while drinking their morning coffee, eating snacks or watching the cityscape. The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table with chairs and a table where guests can put handy trinkets. The bedroom, on the other hand, is equipped with a capacious sliding closet with a mirror and a comfortable double bed. Two televisions have been placed in the apartment so that visitors can relax after a day's activities by watching terrestrial television. A modern shower, washing machine and hair dryer are available in the bathroom. The kitchenette has a coffee maker, microwave and induction cooktop. The property is equipped with an elevator, and there are paid parking spaces in the area. It only takes a minute to walk to the grocery store, where you can stock up on necessary products. Enthusiasts of active leisure and regular workouts can go to the outdoor gym - a 3-minute walk is enough to reach it. There is no shortage of restaurants in the area, which serve delicious dishes from various parts of the world - it takes only 5-10 minutes to reach them. Those who enjoy beautiful scenery and being surrounded by water can reach the beach in 8 minutes by car. On the other hand, a shopping center can be reached this way in 11 minutes. It takes 13-15 minutes to walk to the nearest train station and ice rink. In 8-12 minutes visitors can get by car to the shooting range, bowling alley and tennis court. The swimming pool, on the other hand, is just a 12-minute walk from the property.
