Very quiet property, gorgeous view, clean and new, comfy bed, great proximity to beaches. A short walk to Poipu and restaurants at nearby resorts. The A/C unit (a portable one, in the bedroom) was not needed (in May), although we did use the ceiling fans. While some restaurant recommendations would have been nice, it is within easy walking distance of both the Holoholo Grill and Lava's.
