Po'ipu is well known for its year-round sunny weather, beautiful beaches, and multiple world-class restaurants. Do you scuba or surf? No problem. Both are in the immediate vicinity. Enjoy the large, open-concept living area of this property. This vacation rental has a complete kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, vessel sinks in the bathrooms, updated lighting, and high-quality furnishings. From the moment you walk in through the front door, you will be amazed at the stunning ocean view. It is everywhere: kitchen, dining room, living room, and main bedroom. You will not only see the ocean and the breaking surf but as well, during the winter months, you will enjoy whale watching right from your lanai and, year-round, be able to watch our Honu, also known as sea turtles, sunning themselves on the shore or swimming in the bay. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii LLC. Kuhio Shores building has an upcoming Exterior Painting Project that will effect Bookings Reserved during August 2025 - September 2025\. It will start on the Bayside and progress to the ocean front, Scaffolding will be up one section at a time which may impact the view. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) No direct beach access as it is on the rocks. Baby beach is very easy 3-5 minute walk. The location is quiet and ideal, away from people, buildings and businesses of Poipu beach. There is a shopping center very close. Good quality sheets and towels. Very quiet and clean.Cons: The master bathroom is a niche in the wall of the bedroom. Shower opens directly into the room. Sink/commode combo is tiny. Barely room to turn around. Bed has huge 4 posters and nearly fill the space. Night time potty includes hitting your head.The kitchen island is too close to the sink, and the fridge door opens in the opposite direction. You have to exit the opposite end, walk around the island in order to open the fridge.The place is crying for a new coat of paint and and refresh. Don’t let this stop you. The pros outweigh the cons. ##### Joan W. Vcasa would not contact the owner so that the building super could get them. These items cost me over $100\. The incompetence of the Vacasa staff is beyond measure. I will never book anything with them again. I think Vrbo should do the same. Once Vacasa has your money they could care less if you have any problems. ##### Chuck F. Natural white noise to fall asleep to! We saw whales, schools of dolphins, turtles and surfers just sitting on our balcony. Also witnessed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The view from the lanai was perfect. Guaranteed to see turtles. Snorkeling next door is also great with plenty of nice fishes and turtles. There was not much flexibility about check in and check out times but it was not a big issue. We liked our stay and would come back. ##### Britta B. Pros: Massive space with views that just absolutely CANNOT be beat. Had all the beach amenities you need. We saw a turtle in the ocean and watching surfers every night from our condo was so cool and fun. The AC works very very well and each room has its own climate control. Kitchen was fully stocked which is so helpful. Cons: When we got there, there was no parking pass and the managers told us to go on a hunt looking in all the drawers and stuff. That isn’t the guests job to go on a manhunt during their vacation for a little piece of paper. No washer and dryer and one load of laundry will cost you $5\. There was no dish soap. Manager did get it to us 24 hours later. Coffee pot is super tiny and barely makes 2 cups of coffee. Management should really get a bigger coffee maker for such a nice big condo with 2 rooms. It costs $50 on Amazon, haha. Overall there were slight inconveniences but the view just can’t be beat and the condo was very comfortable. The pictures on the listing don’t even do it justice. Condo was amazing and we’d stay here again. ##### Oleg K. From our patio we watched whales a ways out, turtles eating off rocks in surf, and surfers to the right. Take Binoculars and Coffee. The unit itself was very nice. The only negative for us was the AC was down when we arrived and they got it up for the last night we were there. They did get us portable A/C but they are loud. We managed the windows and it was not bad. All in all a fantastic time. ##### Randy L.
