Our updated kitchen enjoys amazing views of the ocean and is the perfect place to prepare a meal before heading out to lanai to enjoy your culinary delights. Price and location is right
For the price and location, we really enjoyed our stay. The condo could use some updating, but it wasnt bad. Id say overall its between a 4 and 5 star rating, except for the entrance door. There was no deadbolt, chain, or any way for my wife to feel safe at night. The The location and view were fantastic, only real complaint would be the entrance door

Amazing Honeymoon Stay
The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view took our breath away and we sat on the lanai every morning and evening (also caught a glimpse of some turtles on our last evening in Kauai). The condo has all the essentials and is in a great location. We had enjoyed our stay at this condo and would definitely come stay here again!

One of the best Poipu properties and units!
Kuhio Shores is an amazing building and this unit was no exception! You are a 5-minute drive from Poipu Beach and literally right next to Kawai Beach (the two main beaches in Poipu and two of the most beautiful in the world (in our humble opinion)). In particular, this unit was very clean, well-stocked and furnished, and the check-in/out process had reasonable expectations and was very easy. We HIGHLY recommend this building and this unit to anyone staying in the Poipu area!

A Vacation with a View
This was a lovely location with an amazing view of the ocean. The balcony was a great place to have my morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The condo was perfectly stocked. It also had a small ice chest that we used almost every day on our outings.

Extremely well stocked and supplied condo in a fabulous location. The kitchen has anything and everything you need to cook and pack lunches. The bed and pillows were 10/10 comfortable and the linens were high end. The view from the lanai is wonderful for sunrise, and for sunset you just have to walk to the other side of the property. Saw sea turtles from the lanai daily.

Nice Condo with an Ocean View
This was a very nice condo, with a beautiful ocean view. It actually looks better in person, than it does in the pictures! It was also a great location and was very convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. When we arrived, there was only an AC working in the bedroom. After we contacted the Owner, he arranged to have another portable AC unit installed the next day. We were initially disappointed with the lack of AC in the rest of the condo, but we appreciated how quickly the Owner responded with the second AC. Overall, it was a really nice stay!

First-time in Kauai
Our unit was very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. The explanation of the AC wasn't clear and do need it more than 1 hour a day in late May. Also, dishwasher didn't work but not a big deal for us since we didn't use many dishes. Loved the sunrises and we like turtles!

Beautiful view. Saw a few turtles swimming near the shore. We slept well to the sound of waves throughout the night. Arrived slightly earlier than planned and owner was very accommodating and quickly responded when asked if we could have a slightly earlier checkin. Would stay here again.

Sunrises and Sea Turtles
We had a wonderful visit. We’ve stayed on the other side of the building on previous visits so this was the first time we’ve enjoyed watching the sunrises and the sea turtles in the bay. The unit is updated and well stocked for cooking or a day on the beach. The location is really convenient and we’re looking forward to our next stay.

Great Location
The property was not as clean as other properties we have been to, but not bad. The view out into the small bay and next to the waves crashing onto the rocks was awesome. This is one of the spots to see sea turtles and we did just below our room. He was in the rocks feeding, so that was definitely a high point. Close to all the restaurants and shopping. It was a good stay, would definitely think about coming back.

Love Kauai and Kūhiō Shore.
I love the property, and I love the location. I just wish Vrbo would have sent me an email or some kind of communication a day or two before we were to check in so we would know the locations address, what unit and how to get in. I had to search out our unit number on Verbo site, and it was not easy to find I may add, And there was no communication about how or where to go. I had to figure that out on my own.

Awsome location, incredible view, beautiful sunrises. Loced watching the turtles. Bed was comfy andxwe had everything wr needed. Only thing for the cleanliness, is the shower needs have some love and the carpet needs to be replaced. Stll it was a great place for a vaca.

Fantastic accommodation, location and host
The property’s is superb and has amazing views where you can see the green sea turtles. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space with modern facilities and the bed is so comfortable. The location is brilliant and close to shops and restaurants along with beautiful beaches. We contacted Bob (host) with a few questions and he responded very quickly with good information. We don’t want to leave, love this place.

Amazing location
Great visit with easy check in! We enjoyed sitting in the lanai in the afternoon and watching the turtles eat. The rest of the time, the waves crashing in were very relaxing. The unit is the best stocked unit, in all rooms and beach gear, we have ever stayed in. It was sad to leave.

The condo was well appointed and the views of the cove outside the balcony were wonderful. We saw turtles every day. We also enjoyed watching the surfers both young and old from the lawn. We also took a catamaran tour of the Na Pali coast with Captain Andy that I would highly recommend.
