Any monetary compensation, refunds or discounts will be given solely at the discretion of Koloa Kai and will only be available in situations where the company agrees that an infestation has occurred. Koloa Kai reserves the right to investigate and provide remediation of any pest issue. The mere presence of pests in the property shall not constitute grounds for monetary compensation. 30-DAY MAXIMUM RENTALS: Koloa Kai LLC provides only short-term rentals with a maximum reservation of 30 days. Each reservation is fully documented and provides for a fixed date and time for check-in and check-out, rental rates, associated fees, and all other requirements required by local and state law. They were also very prompt when requesting an extra blanket for my children. My only complaint, and it is minor, the kitchen seemed to be missing a pan for cooking something in the oven. No AC which means you will hear some street noise at night. The unit was very well stocked and has had some updating done. Just a few more updates would really elevate the unit. Ceiling fans move the tropical breezes through the condo, keeping the rooms cool and comfortable. Breakfast on the lanai overlooks palm trees, green grass, and a view of the ocean. At night, after sunset, the fading pink sky is peppered with silhouettes of palm trees and rooftops. Truly a glorious place to spend a vacation! We can’t wait to return! ##### Nancy W.
