Jan 18, 2024 #### Great location Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay so close to our local favorites in popiu beach . The house is dated and amenities limited, so if you are high maintenance this place is not for you .We enjoyed the easy access, the spacious bedrooms each with AC unit ( AC unit was broken in front room and leaning in master bedroom and unfortunately not repaired during our stay) . The pool was our favorite part of the home , we enjoyed hanging in the pool w drinks and bbq ! Feb 27, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Excellent location Our family came together for a week in Kauai. The house was clean, well stocked, and centrally located in the Poipu Beach area. The kids enjoyed the pool each day. We discovered a fantastic restaurant in Koloa called Friendly Waves, where the food was delicious. We explored the southern end of the island visiting the tortoise sanctuary at the Makauwahi Cave Reserve, the Lodge at Koke’e State Park and The Plantation Cottages in Waimea. We were blessed with beautiful weather. The house was comfortable and clean. The backyard was well landscaped and private. The mango tree was dripping with fruit. My only complaint was the excessive service fees and three different taxes charged without explanation. But in a heartbeat, we would come back and stay in this lovely home. ##### Janet L.
