Located in a spacious corner lot within the magical and tranquil Kiahuna Golf Village, here you will find yourself immersed in the lush, natural beauty of Kauai while enjoying your luxurious home-away from home. This custom designed residence is a timeless classic, featuring a two-story main home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with an attached private guest quarters and bathroom. The first thing you will notice when you arrive is the immaculate landscaping, showcasing a variety of unique, tropical flora. Step inside to an open layout offering a grand 3,881 square feet of interior space with an effortless flow between spaces. Floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors throughout the home create a pleasant indoor outdoor living experience with garden and mountain views and an abundance of natural light. A variety of appointed spaces provide cozy couches and comfortable nooks for relaxing with a book or planning your next excursion! An abundance of ceiling fans help to keep the home at a pleasant temperature and are ideal for circulating Kauai’s cooling trade winds, air conditioning location in the Master bedroom & lower living area. The chef of your group will be delighted with the expansive kitchen, thoughtfully designed with a center island with gas cooktop and complete with all new stainless steel appliances including, side by side refrigerator, double ovens, dishwasher, and wine fridge. Gorgeous marble countertops in the kitchen also match the adjacent dining room table top. Choosing bedrooms will be a fun challenge as each of the five bedrooms offers a unique view and charm, each lovely in its own way. All of the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable bedding, lots of natural light, closet space, and ceiling fans. The master bedroom features a beautifully tiled ensuite bathroom with an impressive soaking bathtub and stand-alone shower. The star feature of this lovely home is of course the in-ground swimming pool! Accessible from multiple rooms, the back lanai grants you your own personal oasis with stylish natural stone tiles, covered outdoor dining area, and uncovered patio space for soaking up the sun or spending an afternoon floating in the pool. Surrounded by a privacy wall, everyone will feel comfortable enjoying the space at any time of day or night. The Ohana unit has been upgraded with a built-in air conditioning system. These improvements will add comfort to our guest's experience. Kiahuna Golf Village is an ideal location located just over a mile from the famous Poipu Beach, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or relaxing!
