The condo was newly decorated and completely stocked with everything you need. The concierge reached out before our trip and helped us book a couple of group events. The condo is very comfortable and met our needs in every way. It's conveniently located to all of the sites and activities we wanted to do on the south side and not too far of a drive from the rest of the island. One minor opportunity for improvement is to upgrade the WiFi throughout the condo. It didn't work very well in the bedrooms or patio. But that was a minor inconvenience. We can't wait to go back and would definitely consider staying here again. Mahalo! ##### matt u. Good location in Poipu. The pool was a perfect place to hang out when we didn’t want to venture out. My only complaint would be that we had a very aggressive downstairs neighbor who kept complaining about our children’s footsteps during non quiet hours. We have preschool aged children so it was impossible to appease this woman. If you have children or heavy feet, you may want to consider a ground floor unit. The beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, floated, etc were wonderful. We were, however, without kitchen linens which did hamper our kitchen activities somewhat and the air conditioning did not seem to reach the front bedroom.
