Les chambres de style japonais sont irréprochables, mais rien n’est fait pour encourager à profiter des chambres, essentiellement destinées à passe la nuit. Nous regrettons toutefois amèrement que le restaurant restreigne le menu du soir pour les clients étrangers à un ensemble de plats très convenus et classiques, alors que les client japonais ont eu droit à des menus raffinés et alléchants. « One if our best stay in Japan! The onsen were just the best! Room was spacious, beds extremely comfortable and the yukatas too! Huge breakfast buffet with tons of choices. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room had a beautiful lake view, and we were lucky to experience the fireworks show right from the hotel, which made the evening extra special. « Really nice hotel, welcoming staff, wonderful view on the lake, nice meals (breakfast is set between 7 and 8.30 and dinner between 6 and 7) and pleasant onsen within the hotel. Important ! The rooms are Japanese-style so you sleep on a futon, not in a bed. The best way to move around the hotel is by car though, as buses are very infrequent. »

« Séjour de 2 nuits. Hôtel bien situé dans Noboribetsu Onsen, à 30 mn par bus de la gare. Très bon accueil. Hôtel bien tenu avec très grand onsen (possiblement très achalandé selon l'heure). Beaucoup de produits d'hygiène disponibles et yukatas dans les chambres.(de style japonais et vastes). Buffets en demi-pension abondants et avec très bon service.
