We loved our stay at UniQue, not only the room was amazing and facilities were spotless, the attentiveness of the staff really made the whole experience unforgettable, big thanks to Tangmo and Priew who made sure everything went smoothly and always had such a pleasant disposition. 5 stars all around !
Exceeded my expectations. Lovely room and facilities.
Restaurant excellent and with reasonable prices.
I suggest having your own transport if you are intending to get out and about to nearby destinations as the hotel is perched high up, hence the wonderful views, but not for a quick walk to the shops!
I would recommend a stay to experience the quality of accommodation, views and tranquility.
I hope to stay again.
This resort is one of the greatest ive stayed at in samui. The manager was very nice, the staff are all helpful and always smiling. The breakfast is great and the view is to die for. You must stay for the view atleast 2 nights. The only down fall about this hotel to why i couldnt rate 5 star is the really really large and steep hill which every taxi and travel agent refuse to go up. There is a shuttle bus to take u down and up when ever u want but that finishes at 7pm. So if u have a big night, if u dont have a scooter u need to walk up. And another down fall, no nearby market stalls or shops if u wanna walk around, u need to go 15 mins to other areas. But would definitely recommend 2 nights here.
We had such a great time at Unique. I love that it is a small hotel. It was so quiet and peaceful. The views were absolutely amazing. The up keep was great. We loved that they had evening turndown service in our rooms. We haven't had that before and it was a great little bonus. The pool was constantly being cleaned and serviced so that it was operating at the best standards. The restaurant attached was absolutely phenomenal. We didn't have a single meal there that wasn't amazing. The drinks were good but I will say they were definitely more pricey than the food.
The staff was extremely helpful. They were always welcoming and had smiles. Vince was a huge help with just general questions about the area and finding out about things to do and places to go. There's also a shuttle that will drive you down the hill into the main street where all of the shops and restaurants are.
The accommodations were beautiful, clean and welcoming. It's a small property but it was really really nice. Our expectations were exceeded.
The pool and the view are the best part of this hotel! Incredible! The staff are also amazing for the most part. We were swimming one evening at 8pm and the pool can be seen from one part of the restaurant. I did a handstand and was pretending to move my feet like a synchronized swimmer and an employee from the restaurant came over and yelled at us and ruined our time! We left the pool! He said we were diving in the pool?!?!? No we weren’t! He wouldn’t even hear us out. It was so rude. Also, the worst part of the stay was the check in. Our driver dropped us at the resident side I guess. But there are no signs at all for the driver to know. When you call a grab, make sure you put in Maithy restaurant and hotel or whatever. Because if you put in UniQue it brings you to the wrong place! There’s no employees there, the security wouldn’t help us, so we stood outside for 30 mins before I got someone on the phone to come pick us up. The shuttle service to bring you down to the street, or up from the street, stops at 8pm! Which is too early. The last place we stayed at in Phuket, Indochine, had 24 hour shuttle service. The owners of this place need to visit Indochine and they will see what a 5 star hotel is all about! Other than that, the room, the pool, the views and sunsets were amazing. Good location. The cleaners were great, the front desk staff was great, the breakfast people were great. Thank you
Leonard

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Nice resort and environment. However the location is upper the mountain, quite difficult to get there without a bike / car.
This resort is so great for vacations! Best view & service. In love with the pool access room we have picked! P.s. highly recommend to rent a motor / car as the resort is upper the mountain. You can walk but it’s super steep! Trust me, you don’t want to walk lol
