Très très bien. Emplacement/ propreté /piscine & personnel :) + très bon petit déjeuner Histoire de dire qqchose : mauvaise réception des chaînes TV internationales & salle de sport un peu désuète.

Bon hotel
J'ai passé 3 semaines à l'hotel Pattra vill resort. Personnel affectueux, gentil, rien à repprocher. Hotel un peu bruyant dû au bar austalien avec chanteur situé à 50m.Nous nous sommes manifestés contre le bruit et nous avons été surclassés dans une volla moins bruyante. Par contre , renovation de 2 villas donc un peu de bruit dans la journée près de la piscine. Sinon à redire de l'hotel.

excellent emplacement
hotel bien placé dans le centre de Lamai à 5mn de la plage. chambre spacieuse et agréable et piscine magnifique. le personnel est au top! ils sont très gentils et ne manque pas de nous conseiller et de nous aider afin rendre notre séjour agréable. Merci à tout le personnel de l'hôtel et surtout à sa manager pour sa gentillesse avec nous et avec notre enfant. Je reviendrais surement à cet hotel en cas de retour à Koh Samui.

hotel excellent proche de tout
hotel a proximité de la plage et dans le centre de lamai. la chambre est très grande et équipé de tout ce qu'il faut. la literie est excellente, le personnel est très gentil et la piscine est au top. le petit dej est complet sous forme de buffet. Seul bémol la chambre que nous avons eu est à côté de l'accueil et du bruit des restaurants en face mais ça nous a empêché de profiter du lieu. Merci au personnel de l'hôtel qui ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

bel hotel avec un personnel sympathique et efficac
Très bon hôtel dans un environnement de nature fleurie. Très bien placé en centre ville et sans nuisance. Le personnel sympathique et efficace se met en quatre pour les clients. Un petit bémol, pas de réception de TV 5 monde.

Idéalement situé
C'est un bel endroit idéalement situé pour ceux qui comme nous, n'avions pas de scooter. A part une excursion ou deux, l'hôtel est à proximité des belles plages et de l'animation en soirée.

Un paradis transformé en cauchemar
Cela aurait pu être de loin notre meilleur hôtel de notre séjour en Thaïlande: Belle piscine, le bon entretien des bâtiments, le confort des chambres... Malheureusement nous ne nous sommes pas assez méfié du personnel qui n hésite pas à sourire pour cacher ses méfaits ... En effet nous avons ete VOLES!!! Ils ont carrément fouillé nos affaires!!! Résultat: Une journée à la police, vacances gâchées et AUCUNE CONTREPARTIE!!! On nous a même dit de faire attention à nos affaires!!! on ne peut donc pas faire confiance au personnel! C'est donc dans un climat de méfiance et de stress que nous avons fini ce malheureux séjour. Un conseil: Fuyez!!! Il y a bien d autres endroits tranquilles et sympas pour loger sur l ile.

Great location, beach just across the road. There was no cable stations apart from news. Suggest you bring iPad or computer. Otherwise the staff were fantastic, location & pool is lovely. Close to everything, very relaxing stay.

The hotel is located in the middle of all the action near Lamai Beach yet very quiet. The ladies at the reception desk (Ley and P ) provided exceptional service. I would definitely choose this venue again.

Beautiful rooms; clean and very spacious. Hotel is set back just off of the main street, yet very quiet. Staff extremely friendly/helpful. Close walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Would highly recommend. The one improvement would be the furniture on room decks - not very comfortable.

Das einchecken war gut und kompetent. Der Aufenthalt war schön. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Anlage befindet sich sehr zentral. Zum Strand benötigt man zu Fuss ca. 5. Minuten. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig. In der Nähe befinden sich verschieden Ausgehmöglichkeiten, welche zu Fuss problemlos erreicht werden können. Zurzeit ist ab ca. 09.00 mit Baulärm zu rechnen!!

糟糕的入住
很糟糕的入住，和老人孩子一起入住，订了两间房3晚，酒店白天边上工地施工很吵，晚上酒吧很吵，白天晚上都得不到休息，住了一天实在受不了，第二天要网站联系酒店要求退房，酒店说特价房不给退，泰国对酒店环境没有评估吗，白天晚上如此大噪音，还可以照常营业吗，和酒店商量房钱不退你们挣，税钱退给我们也不行！没没办法只能换酒店，自己承担所有损失，住了一天第二天早饭都没吃，换酒店了！酒店泳池水竟然有柴油味！

It was like a little oasis just off a busy road. Fabulous pool with kiddies pool and jacuzzi! We had a beautiful villa with large airy lounge kitchen, lovely bedroom and large shower room. Air conditioning is good, and decor is beautiful wooden floors and dark wood furnishings! Staff are very friendly and will help with any excursions etc at no extra charge! Breakfast is good quality and variety! Laundry service is good value and efficient! Loved our stay here!

Отличный отель. Располагается прямо в центре Ламай на второй линии. Рядом ночной рынок и все достойные внимания рестораны в шаговой доступности. До моря 5 минут напрямки. Заселение радушное, Приветственный напиток и помощь с багажом присутствует. Когда подъезжали смутила близость ночного рынка, но отель так расположен и спроектирован, что заходя на его территорию слышен лишь звук цикад. Вечером небольшой шум доносится со стороны рынков и при закрытых окнах ничуть не беспокоит. Территория небольшая, но вполне хорошо спланирована для мини отеля. Мы жили в family villa. Я хотел определенную виллу- а именно B101: она напротив бассейна. Очень удобно сидя на террасе наблюдать за ребёнком, но в этом и минус- нам докучали особенно спортивные соседи, игравшие в мяч. Сама вилла- большая терраса с хорошим отвесом, что даже при тайфуне, который накрыл остров на двое суток,- на ней было сухо и легко вечерялось. Гостиная большая, полноценная и полностью оборудованная кухня с зоной столовой. Мини- бар по вполне вменяемым ценам. Есть кушетка для дневного сна. Телевизор - 32’’. По телеку каналов много, но только один российский-1. Причём по мск.Завтрак. Обилен и вкусен. Помимо стандартного набора блюд вы можете заказать до 9 видов горячего- от всевозможного вида яиц, через жареный рис и лапшу вплоть до панкейков. Все реально стоит попробовать! Рис и панкейки- мой хит). Прожив здесь две недели, вчера с горечью расставались. Все гармонично и конгруэнтно. С удовольствием вернёмся снова

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes sauberes Hotelzimmer. Das Personal war immer nett und zuvorkommend. Der Pool und Poolbereich waren immer sauber und sind völlig ausreichend. Durch den Aufbau der Anlage hat man das Gefühl nicht in einem mit Menschen überfluteten Gebäude zu sein. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Abends kann man im Bett allerdings die Musik von der Strasse hören, was uns weniger gestört hat. Direkt aus der Hotenalage raus hat man sehr gute und leckere Restourants, sowie Supermärkte und den Strand. Alles was man benötigt. Daher immer wieder gern. :)

Camere spaziose e pulizia ottima. Personale gentile e disponibile. A 200 mt dalla spiaggia di lamai beach. Nella via centrale. Unico neo è che rimane un po' rumoroso la sera. Comunque stra consigliato.

Отель в целом неплохой, расположен в самом центре. Из плюсов - болтшие номера, большое количество всевозможных гелей, лосьонов и т.п. Из минусов - шумно по вечерам, сложно заснуть. Странный завтрак (можно выбрать только 2 блюла на выбор, рис получается только порционно, любитеоям плотно позавтракать модет быть некомфортно, ну и отсутствие своих лежаков на пляже.

Nuestra villa era espaciosa y hotel esta bien situado, pero nuestra villa estaba al lado carretera y parecía que teníamos las motos y coches dentro. Además se pusieron a hacer obras.... Un escándalo.

Номера чистые. Завтраки немного однообразные. Рядом с пляжем. Отличный бассейн. Советую брать номера подальше от дороги, иначе будете слышать концерты из бара напротив.

Resort was nice and quiet during the day. But at night it was so incredibly noisey because of the nightlife of Lamai Beach bars. I did not sleep for 4 nights because of it. Room was spacious. Pretty clean. There were ants in the room. Housekeeping came to clean it. Breakfast was ok. Not much choices.

Pretty good overall
A pretty good place. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Central. Nice pool. Negatives are that the breakfast is boring. The A/C is loud. The gym is only intended for cardio work - no worthwhile strength/weights, and no mats.
