The villa offers two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area—perfect for relaxing, exploring or beach dining. This elegant 2-bedroom pool villa is nestled in the northeastern tip of Koh Samui, just minutes from stunning beaches, vibrant beach clubs and top-rated restaurants. Designed for both comfort and relaxation, the villa features a private pool and a modern tropical aesthetic, making it the ideal island retreat. Wake up to lush garden and pool views from both bedrooms, offering a serene and peaceful ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, while the open-plan living area fills the space with natural light, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere. With beautiful sandy beaches, trendy bars and dining hotspots just around the corner, the villa offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Located 10 minutes from Koh Samui Airport, it’s also just a short 10-minute drive to Fisherman’s Village and vibrant Chaweng, making it an ideal base to explore the island. Check-in/Check-out Times: Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you need flexibility around these times, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on our booking schedule. House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to our house rules, which include no smoking in the villa, no pets, and respecting quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and once every 4 days for stays of minimum 6 days. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Pool and garden maintenance will be performed regularly to ensure they are in pristine condition for your enjoyment. Utilities: Please note that electricity is charged separately based on your usage at the rate of 8 Baht per unit. This is common in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation. However, water is included in your stay. Security Deposit: A refundable cash deposit of 5.000 (five thousand) Baht will be collected upon check-in.
