"Property is a nice place. The service was very slow and bad. Checked in and was told there is a power failure, power will be up in 20mins and after an hour, power is not up yet. Checked in the room for stay with my sister, was only given one bath towel in the room. There is no amenity (shower gel n shampoo) TOP up on day 2. "Best all inclusive family resort I’ve been to on the south west cost, we all love the place. Super relaxing, super friendly, simply a great few days away. I only wish they gave/offered stake knifes when they gave you beef stale. Manager reading this, please try cutting the stake with the blunt knifes you offer, it’s difficult yes? But don’t worry, we will all be back soon 👍"
